Salary: NJC Grade F: £36,581 - £40,444 FTE 

Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 37  hours per week, 41 weeks per year (Monday to Friday) 

The Harbour Schools Partnership are seeking a Deputy Catering Lead to work across our schools.

About the Role

The Deputy Catering Lead will support the Catering Lead in the delivery of a high-quality, compliant and financially sustainable catering service across the Trust. The postholder will provide operational support, technical expertise and practical guidance to schools and catering teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, promoting best practice and supporting continuous improvement in catering provision.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have significant catering experience in a large organisation or in an education setting.

Experience of managing colleagues, coaching and training staff, and a track record of building and maintaining strong teams is key.
